Throttle & Torque provides professional mobile automotive and motorcycle repair and maintenance services.
By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, quality service, and a smooth experience for every customer.
- Mobile Service Requirements
As a mobile service, Throttle & Torque requires that vehicles be located in a safe, accessible area suitable for on-site work.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate space, proper parking, and a safe working environment. If conditions are unsafe or do not allow for proper service, the appointment may be rescheduled or declined.
Customers are responsible for ensuring vehicle service is permitted at their location, including compliance with HOA rules, apartment regulations, workplace policies, gated communities, or other property restrictions.
Throttle & Torque is not responsible for denied access or restrictions that prevent service from being completed.
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions including excessive heat, rain, lightning, high winds, or other hazardous conditions.
- Estimates & Pricing
All quotes provided by Throttle & Torque are based on the information available at the time and are considered estimates, not final prices.
Final pricing may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, additional issues discovered during service, or required parts and labor. Any additional work or changes in pricing will be communicated and approved by the customer before proceeding.
- Parts & Materials
To ensure quality, reliability, and proper fitment, Throttle & Torque provides all parts used in service.
We do not install customer-supplied parts. This policy helps prevent delays, incorrect fitment, and potential issues that can affect the quality of service.
All parts used are sourced to meet or exceed manufacturer standards and are selected specifically for your vehicle.
- Payments
Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
Throttle & Torque accepts cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.
Failure to complete payment may result in additional fees and/or refusal of future service.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Throttle & Torque reserves the right to charge a service or trip fee if a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived on-site.
Customers are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or schedule changes.
- Warranty Disclaimer
Any applicable labor warranty will be communicated at the time of service.
Throttle & Torque is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or failures of unrelated components. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific service performed.
Manufacturer warranties on parts are subject to the policies and coverage provided by the part manufacturer or supplier.
- Liability
Throttle & Torque is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or issues not directly related to the service performed.
We are not liable for additional failures that may occur due to worn, damaged, or aging components, or for delays caused by parts availability or unforeseen circumstances.
- Diagnostic Services
Throttle & Torque provides basic diagnostic services related to maintenance and general vehicle concerns.
Diagnostic services are intended to identify potential issues based on the symptoms present at the time of inspection.
Certain vehicle problems may require additional testing, teardown, or shop-level equipment for complete diagnosis and repair.
- Right to Refuse Service
Throttle & Torque reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, unsuitable work environments, or other reasonable circumstances that may impact the quality or safety of the service.
- Changes to Terms
Throttle & Torque reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting to this page.
- Service Area & Travel Fees
Throttle & Torque operates as a mobile service within a designated service area.
Travel or service fees may apply depending on distance, location, or appointment requirements.
- Appointment Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time, with keys available if required.
If the vehicle is not accessible or the appointment cannot be completed upon arrival, a service fee may apply.
- After-Hours Services
Appointments requested outside of normal business hours may be subject to additional fees.
- Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, approving, or receiving service from Throttle & Torque, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
